Sea Capital Lp To Sign Mou With Soundai Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, Kickstarting A New Venture To China Market
The SEA Capital LP and SoundAI Technology (M) Sdn Bhd have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 6 September 2022 at the China Smart Industry Trade Exhibition and Forum 2022, in the presence of the Minister Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Saifuddin Abdullah. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) stating their desire to collaborate and kickstarting The SEA Capital’s venture into the China market.
The SEA Capital has been keen to explore more opportunities to invest outside of Southeast Asia and this MOU opens the door to China venture for the firm. The MOU entails SoundAI to provide business pipeline to The SEA Capital.
