Sun Jian Wei
孙建炜
Chairman
Mr. Sun Jian Wei is Chairman of The South Sea Holdings Group. With more than 20 years of experience in business management and investment, he focuses on telecommunications infrastructure, property development, financial technology, data centres and energy storage across Malaysia and ASEAN.
His ventures include Front Connect Sdn. Bhd., which holds Malaysia’s NFP and NSP telecommunications licences, and an industrial park jointly developed with Mah Sing Group. He also invests in healthcare and consumer businesses.
Mr. Sun serves as President of the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association, Honorary President of the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce, and Advisor to the Federation of Chinese Associations Malaysia (Huazong).
孙建炜先生是马来西亚南海控股集团董事长，拥有逾20年企业管理与投资经验，重点布局通讯基础设施、房地产、金融科技、数据中心及新能源储能等领域。
他通过 Front Connect Sdn. Bhd. 推动5G、光纤网络及数据中心项目，并与马星集团合作开发产业园，促进马来西亚与东盟的产业发展。
他现任马来西亚江苏总商会总会长、马来西亚中国总商会名誉会长，以及马来西亚中华大会堂总会顾问。
Mr Kamarul Ariffin Mohd Jamil
Advisor
Mr Kamarul was the Chief Executive Officer, Affin Islamic Bank Bhd, before being appointed as Chief Executive Officer of AFFIN Holdings Berhad until March 2020.
Kamarul Ariffin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cambridge and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the financial, banking and corporate arena. He currently sits as a board member in several companies both listed and unlisted in diversified industries which include Oil and Gas, Asset Management and Educational, including the following:
- Chairman of Maybank Islamic Asset Management Berhad
- Board of Director of Marine and General Berhad
- Board of Director of Universiti Malaya Holdings Sdn Bhd
- Board of Director of Front Connect
Mr Kamarul曾于2006年1⽉⾄2015年4⽉担任Affin Islamic Bank Bhd的⾸席执⾏官，随后被任命为AFFIN Holdings Berhad的⾸席执⾏官，直⾄2020年3⽉。
Mr Kamarul 持有剑桥⼤学的学⼠学位，并拥有超过20年的金融、银行和企业领域经验。他目前担任多家上市和非上市的董事会成员，涉及石油和天然气、资产管理和教育等多元化行业，其中包括马来亚银行资产管理公司的主席、马来亚大学控股有限公司董事等。
