Sun Jian Wei
孙建炜
Founder
Mr. Sun is a veteran who has more than 20 years of experience in company and business management. He was a property developer in China and explore businesses in multiple fields. He studied real estate and business management courses at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In 2016, Mr. Sun started to invest in Fintech, telecommunication, real estate, property development and private equity fund.
Being an avid technology investor himself and during the China “One Belt One Road” policy, Mr. Sun is actively seeking for potential investment all the time and founded technology-based company, Fullrich Malaysia.
Mr. Sun is active in associations too. He served as Executive President in Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association, Honorary President of Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce and Honorary Advisor of Persatuan Usahawan China di Malaysia. He is also a Committee Member of China Electronic Chamber of Commerce in China.
孙总是⼀位资深的公司和商业管理经验者，拥有超过二⼗年的从业经验，在中国从事房地产开发并投资多方面领域业务。他曾在美国沃顿商学院进修房地产和商业管理课程。他在2016年开始投资在金融科技、电信、房地产和私募基金等领域。
作为一位积极的科技投资者，在中国“一带一路”的提议下，他一直在寻找潜在的投资机会，在马来西亚创立了科技公司，Fullrich Malaysia。
孙总也非常活跃於社团方面。目前他任职马来西亚江苏商会的执行会长，被委任为马来西亚中国总商会的名誉会长和马来西亚中国企业家联合会的荣誉顾问。另外，他也是中国电子商会的常务理事。
Dato Derrick Hooi
拿督许家豪

Started off as a financial advisor turned seasoned investor, Dato Derrick is highly experienced in investment evaluation and has honed multiple skills under his belt to complement his involvement in the field over the past 10 years. Other than investment knowledge, Dato Derrick is also well-versed in marketing development advisory, corporate SOP planning and KPI setting, as well as fundraising and fund management skills. His true expertise lies in his deep understanding and proficiency in corporate governance, which revolves around compliance standards and requirements for professional advice and also best practices for client standards, security and reporting.
His years of active involvement in the market has earned him strong bonds and networks amongst the investor pools. He has also forged close relationships with both local and foreign Angel Investors as the liaison to seek investment opportunities. Derrick’s current role with The SEA Capital is mainly to lead investment exercises such as deal sourcing and evaluation whilst managing investment portfolio to create value and maximizing investors’ return.

Mr Kamarul Ariffin Mohd Jamil

Mr Kamarul was the Chief Executive Officer, Affin Islamic Bank Bhd, before being appointed as Chief Executive Officer of AFFIN Holdings Berhad until March 2020.
Kamarul Ariffin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cambridge and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the financial, banking and corporate arena. He currently sits as a board member in several companies both listed and unlisted in diversified industries which include Oil and Gas, Asset Management and Educational, including the following:

Mr Kamarul曾于2006年1⽉⾄2015年4⽉担任Affin Islamic Bank Bhd的⾸席执⾏官，随后被任命为AFFIN Holdings Berhad的⾸席执⾏官， 直⾄2020年3⽉。
Mr Kamarul 持有剑桥⼤学的学⼠学位，并拥有超过20年的金融、银行和企业领域经验。他目前担任多家上市和非上市的董事会成员，涉及石油和天然气、资产管理和教育等多元化行业，其中包括马来亚银行资产管理公司的主席、马来亚大学控股有限公司董事等。
