Set up JV Company with Mah Sing to venture in industrial real estate development 联合马星集团共同开发工业产业发展业务

07.09.2023, The South Sea Capital Sdn Bhd (TSSC) and Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) to tap on increased Foreign Direct Invest (FDI), sets up strategic joint venture to venture into industrial real estate development.

Mah Sing wholly-own subsidiaries, Nova Legend Development Sdn Bhd and Jastamax Sdn Bhd had entered into a shareholders’ agreement with TSSC to set up Mah Sing South Sea Industrial Development Sdn Bhd. The Chairman and Founder of TSSC, Mr Sun Jianwei has been appointed as Chairman of MSSSID and to be helmed by Mah Sing’s Property Subsidiaries CEO, Mr Benjamin Ong as CEO. MSSSID’s scope will include engaging in various aspects of industrial real estate property development comprising acquisition, ownership, operation, management, and leasing. Additionally, the joint venture will provide supplementary services including property consultancy, valuation, design, construction, development management, marketing, sales, customises and investment.

两家公司经于今日举行签约仪式，南海资本有限公司和马星集团旗下两家独资子公司Nova Legend发展公司和Jastamax公司达致协议，成立马星南海产业园发展有限公司。南海资本公司主席，孙建炜先生将担任联营公司的主席，而马星集团房地产部子公司首席执行官，王振榆先生将担任首席执行官。马星南海产业园发展有限公司将透过联营安排，共同展开工业产业发展、土地收购、拥有、营运、管理和租赁相关业务。业务活动也包括提供相关服务，例如工业产业咨询、估值、设计和建筑、发展管理、营销和销售，以及投资等。
